These lines are dedicated to my time-out ladies and the many interns who have already been at the Zittrauerhof. I quote the boss of Farm Holidays

I miss you and hope that there will be a reunion soon, even if not immediately – a joint gathering of herbs, a cattle drive, the teaching of animal tricks

And since today is March 31 – let’s especially celebrate Annika – she helps me with the writing of the farm stories and with all the graphic designs. It was years ago when she was an intern with us, almost every year she came with a youth group to visit the farm and now she is a qualified teacher and masters her profession with flying colors. Thank you for supporting me in my passion for writing farm stories, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY with a big, virtual kiss.
