Access to the farm is via the valley floor and is straightforward. Even in winter, the Zittrauerhof is easily accessible under normal weather conditions; the access roads are cleared and snow chains are normally not required for the drive to the farm.

By train and bus to Bad Hofgastein
Arriving by public transport is also easily possible. You can travel comfortably by train to the Gastein Valley and continue by bus from Bad Gastein station toward Anger. Here you can find the ÖBB ticket shop.
There are several bus stops near the Zittrauerhof, including Anger and Schmidgasse. This means you can reach many destinations in the Gastein Valley during your stay even without your own car.
